• The powder coating on these forks is excellent. It matches the Carp Porter green/dark finish almost perfectly, so it doesn't look out of place. After several trips in the rain and mud, there’s no chipping or rusting. It’s clear that BarrowPro understands the needs of carp anglers.
• The MK4S is a great barrow, but fully loaded, it’s a struggle on steep banks. These conversion forks allowed me to add the power I needed. I recently tackled a very muddy, uphill track that used to kill my back, and the barrow just cruised through. These forks are the foundation of a great DIY electric setup.
• Great bit of kit. The dimensions are exactly as advertised, providing the necessary width and clearance for a standard hub motor. My only slight gripe was that I had to reuse my original bolts, but they fitted perfectly anyway. It’s a solid, reliable piece of engineering that fixes the clearance issues common with standard forks.
