• I fish a lot of large reservoirs where the walk to the swim is over a mile. Converting my barrow to electric was the best thing I ever did, and these forks made it possible. They handle the weight of a fully loaded barrow (bedchair, bivvy, bait, the lot) without any flexing or creaking. Very impressed with the build quality.
• I wasn't sure if these would fit my Nash Trax Evo, but they are pretty much universal for the standard square-tubing barrows. The alignment is spot on. The 3cm extension is great because it lets me run a lower tire pressure for better grip in the mud without the tire expanding and hitting the frame.
• The extra width allowed me to fit a wider off-road tire. I used to struggle with the barrow tipping on muddy slopes, but with these extended forks and a bigger wheel, it’s a night and day difference. It feels much more 'planted' now. Essential bit of kit for the serious session angler.
