• I’m a bit of a tinkerer and I’ve tried a few different conversion kits. These forks are by far the sturdiest I’ve handled. The welds are clean, and the 3cm extension doesn't just give wheel clearance—it actually makes the barrow sit a little higher, which is great for tall grass. Fitting was straightforward with no drilling required on my Trakker barrow.
• I fish a lot of large reservoirs where the walk to the swim is over a mile. Converting my barrow to electric was the best thing I ever did, and these forks made it possible. They handle the weight of a fully loaded barrow (bedchair, bivvy, bait, the lot) without any flexing or creaking. Very impressed with the build quality.
• Instead of spending £600+ on a new electric barrow, I decided to upgrade my existing one. These forks are essential if you want a wider, more stable tire. They feel much more solid than the stock forks that came with my original kit. Deducted one star because the shipping took a few extra days, but the product itself is flawless.
